Like the article said its not all their fault but also the fault of F1 who needs to make sure that the starter knows when to throw it. You could really have the scoring work either way, at the beginning of the displayed lap or the end depending on how you start counting.

Trucks and also just slower cars taking up every lane of the highway. trucks are generally good at not being i nthe left lane, but every other lane is fair game and its so frustrating. 1 truck in the 2nd left lane on a 4 lane highway does more damage to traffic than someone going 10 under in the left lane.
