Music, cinematography, story, and pacing all worked well together to create a thoughtful and effective movie. There is more to movies than the plot.

People will always find slow and somewhat meditative movies boring.

Including plastic surgery to make him look more like Ed Harris?

But he has huge importance outside of Westworld. Remember that other guest recognized him and was a big fan of his?

Yes just move on without Pizzolatto. Such a missed opportunity to produce a new TD season each year with a different cast, writer, and director. At least we still have Fargo.

This show has a great (but absurd) premise and slick production value but the characters are all so vacant. It is all so purposefully opaque for the sake of revealing twists in the future. More of a cheap trick than a dramatic reveal.

I love how the Fargo TV series has little easter eggs that tie it to the movie. I will check it out with the hopes of discovering some!

Yeah I just have seen very few movies from that era. Only the classics.

Should I watch the movie?

Fair enough, but I'd bet 99.9% of fans of the album don't associate it with any kind of religious redemption. I dunno - I just think it sounds good.

I wonder if they will keep all the same pop-culture references from the novel or come up with new ones?

Would rather they not let the age of the actors dictate the storytelling. Its not like we do not know that they are older yet playing a younger version of themselves.

I think the redneck cops honestly think he got away with the 1985 rape and planted the evidence to make sure he didn't get away with another one. I don't think they believed for one second he may have been innocent.

I thought it was spoiler free? Thanks for giving away third season without warning.
