Easy tunnel?

Can we add Dax Shepard to that list? His face needs my knuckles.

Since they were probably done by an unpaid intern (I mean, comic sans? Really?), perhaps not.

Weird. In 1986 I saw them 4 times on the same tour. Now I can't seem to summon the enthusiasm to even give their latest album a listen. Rattle and Hum will do that to a man.

The singer goes down
in one bike lane
see his teeth roll out
in the street

They're Irish. They smell more of peat than of patchouli.

Bono: I'm goin' for a bike ride!

BOOM!

U2, out.

My favorite Yo La Tengo cover band is Yo La Tengo

Just Cause 2 is silly and over-the-top enough to have a legitimate claim to be engaging in true satire of these type of games, IMHO.

What can I say? I'm also the type of person who pays attention to the plot in pornos.

That was pretty much my attitude playing FC3 but, after playing about a third of the way through, the cumulative stupidity of it all began to weigh on me and suddenly I realized I was bored. Which is exactly the problem with mindless violence (or mindless anything, really) it gets boring.

It's always been my experience that alcohol amplifies the attributes you already possess. Assholes become bigger assholes, clingy people get insufferable, funny people THINK they are a whole lot funnier…

A good friend of mine got sober and became a completely humorless, self righteous asshole. Of course he "Found God" when he got sober so I can't really blame that on the lack of alcohol.

If I were to rank all the Triers, he' be in the first tier

I Can Hear The Heart Beating As One is my favorite because of "Spec Bebop", which is a perfect example of YLT milking the fuck out of a simple groove for 11 minutes yet still leave you wanting more.

That's what you get for shopping at the Nirvana Outlet Store.

For PUNK RAWK kids, President Yo La Tengo make a pretty good toe-hold. I know it did for me.

It was the late 70s, everyone was out of their heads on cocaine.

I remember Cliffhangers. For a show of that name it was almost entirely suspense free.

Painful, Electr-O-Pura, I Can Hear The Heart Beating As One & And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside Out is an amazing four album run. I would listen to anyone argue that any one of those could be their best effort but as far as I'm concerned it's a four-way tie for first.
