Just a head’s up that the third twitter link in this article (to a post by “Jazzysart”) has the user intentionally spoiling the end of the game in the twitter thread to get back at someone whose reply she didn’t like. Maybe you should include a disclaimer.

It’s kind of a bummer that you guys have really been coming after FFXVI on this website. All of the coverage has been relentlessly negative. Can we get someone on the staff who actually likes Final Fantasy to write about it?

Just wanted to leave a word of encouragement here. I thought this was a great review; generous in its length and helpfully descriptive.

I know this is an old comment, but would you mind telling me how you hid your abilities except for when you’re holding the shoulder buttons?

That’s disappointing about the audio tracks. I didn’t think Noctis’ english voice fit his character at all in the duscae demo while his Japanese voice was perfect. I hope we won’t have to pay for the download.

Does anyone think we’ll be getting KHII on PS4? I no longer have my ps3 and would like to play it again before KHIII comes out...

Thanks for this article. I remember buying an obscenely cheap copy of this game and having the Gamestop guy try as hard as he could to talk me out of the purchase. Having already played the game on Steam with 100% achievements, his efforts were in vain. I consider myself a really discerning gamer and I actually loved

I will be amazed if Konami stays in business with the way they’ve destroyed their reputation and shown how little they care about the consumer. People will probably continue to buy their mobile games though because that’s the kind of gaming environment that’s going strong now, unfortunately.

I really liked The Hive from Deus Ex, I’d go there in real life if it existed.

Ok I mostly agree with this list, and I 100% agree with Mononoke for the top spot, but I could not disagree more about The Wind Rises. I’d put it at number 3 behind Spirited Away. The rest of the list is solid though.

I’m not a woman but I use all of the words mentioned in this article extremely regularly. I also have an extremely unassertive personality, so it makes sense. I think probably people with low confidence and low opinions of themselves use these words. It’s helpful to know words like “just” and “actually” can make you

This looks really fun, although the acting doesn’t look the best from what I can see in this short trailer. The manga/anime of Bakuman had the problem of being pretty drawn out and long, so while they won’t be able to fit everything in here by any means, I think it will still be an enjoyable movie.

I am resigned to the fact that life will continue to constantly disappoint me. But I’m also taking some small comfort in the fact that fans are spamming every post on Konami’s facebook page with photos and memes of Kojima.

This is why games shouldn’t be announced as early as they are. It sounds like they didn’t even start the game at all. This was one of the only upcoming games I was excited for and thus it’s crushingly disappointing news.

I’m glad someone beat me with the photo of Marilyn Manson because that was my first though. This was basically his look during the Golden Age of Grotesque period. Except for the tattoos. I think this is a really bad design choice.

I wouldn’t buy this game regardless, but when are we going to get rid of this arbitrary system? It’s just like television on network channels. If the developers don’t have complete creative freedom and are instead aiming everything they make towards a specific rating it removes all spontaneity and the end-product is

Thanks for sharing these. Those first two articles were really emotional; really well-written.

This looks like so much fun. I would love to get a theater release for this in the west but I somehow doubt it will happen. Takashi Miike is definitely one of my favorite directors.

It’s too bad I didn’t have internet last night to see this Kotaku article.
