This is the common theme that I've seen in Medal of Honor citations - The person did something totally badass, almost always to save other lives, made it back to safety, and then went and did it again. And sometimes more. That is what is amazing.

I'd only pay for them if he was dead, and I'd be happy with that amount of spite.

If he put out Blu-Rays of the theatricals, with minor (non-change) touch-ups, I'd pay an arm and a leg for them. I doubt that will happen until after he's dead, though.

If anyone wants the theatrical goodness, go to netflix, do a search for Star Wars, and on the second page look (or do a 'find' for) the original theatrical editions. They're the extra DVDs that came with one of the box sets a couple years back. Just rip them to your computer and call it good (and then be sure to send

That's cuz it is.

BWAHAHAHAHAhahahaha ha ha haaaaa. You're funny.

Honestly, I've found a lot of '4WD' roads that aren't. They say they are, but I've gotten my outback up them just fine. Needless to say, I'm not bombing down them, I'm crawling over things, and getting out to scout if necessary. I'm not there for the road, I'm there for the trail at the end of the road.

That being said, there is another woman in my home state with my mom's name and a very similar ssn, and it has caused her trouble on credit reports (the other woman is ridiculously bad with money, as I understand it).

There are a couple of sex offenders out there with my same first and last name. Thankfully, while I'm a white 20-something, they're all 30-50 year old black dudes, so that takes care of any confusion pretty quick.

Right, forgot this part - However, I've heard (never been) about restrictions on photography and video:

Semi-seriously, the camera up there (Panasonic DMC-TS3) is awesome. Great battery life, geo-tagging is wonderful for tracking where you were, and the water/weatherproofing is great. I use it for mountain climbing and skiing, and it has lived up to its rated low-temp limit of 14 deg F (pretty impressive). Also, the

You can get the DVD's of the theatrical releases from Netflix. You just have to do a little extra digging - check the comments, and the poster image.

I used to have one of these. Then, the flashlight part died (it kept getting turned on in my pocket, and I have enough flashlights anyway), so I pulled out the rubber/flashlight part, then put my keys in the middle.

Hmm, with two-way, you could hack together a voice control system with this. Not that I have the experience or wherewithal to do that.

Not really, though that's what happens to my phone and ipod whenever I go on a raft trip - double ziploc bagged, even inside a drybag.

I've been saying this for a couple years now - seal the phones/whatever, use inductive charging, and sync wirelessly. As long as you have a sealed headphone jack (I know I've seen a patent for one by Apple pass through here at some point), you really can have a sealed device, that water can't get into. PLEASE make

Hearted for that.

Funny, had them for years (probably a decade, even) before I saw a mention of them online. If they're 'trendy', it's because they're the best.

No offense, but did you grow up under a rock? A Nalgene, shown here, is a 1 liter bottle, and is probably the most popular water bottle out there, renowned for their survivability and how they never leak.

Heck, out at scout camp one year, instead of using the provided tents, a buddy of mine and I built a shelter around a tree trunk, with other downed trees to make roughly a teepee shape, using a big blue tarp. Slept drier than everyone else, and had more room. FTW!
