Interesting, no remark on the video huh? Also “I used well”? What the fuck?

Look I agree with you for the most part. Though you can pink slip someone without their consent if they are a danger to themselves or others which is basically punishment when they haven’t done anything wrong. I just don’t see it as that big of a stretch to prevent them from buying a gun in the same circumstance. Some

In terms of shooting, yes all that matters is if he was a threat. However he’s legally not allowed to own a gun and most of the time, when someone doesn’t drop the weapon your telling them to drop, they are a threat.

Well we agree on something, at least partially. However if it’s illegal to own a gun when you are a felon, is it so far fetched to make it illegal to carry a gun if you have a mental illness? Maybe, maybe not. Either way, the man was a felon and shouldn’t have had it anyways.

Now playing

Actually, if he hadn’t done anything illegal, and a plain clothes officer approached him with a gun, and he used his gun in self defense, it would have been legal. There are plenty of cases where mistaken identity has led to a cop being shot by homeowner in self defense and no charges were filed. Of course this is all

What!? How is what I said incorrect. Yes either offense on their own could be either overlooked, in the case of the weed, or legal, in the case of the gun if he wasn’t doing anything else illegal. However both of those combined are a pretty big offense and it’s no surprise the cops decision here.

Showing that you don’t understand laws or really anything when it comes to the 2nd amendment is not justifying what the cops did. Just showing you that you don’t know what the fuck you are talking about. Though the cops were clearly justified.

This is also considered open carry, however not every state allows a rifle to be carried. Also, theses rifles at the very least should be slung over their backs and are required, at least in Ohio, not to have a round in the chamber.

In most states, fin the weapon is not in the holster, and someone feels threatened, you can get charged with brandishing. In fact if that other person also carried a weapon, and feared for their life, they would be justified in shooting you. Which is why you are taught, not just because it’s illegal, to never take

Ever think that the mentally disabled shouldn’t be be allowed to carry a gun?

Open carry does not give the right for criminals to carry, nor does it allow you to commit crimes or ignore cops justness because you have one. None of you liberal idiots understand open carry and you bring this stupid shit up every time someone is shot. He was a felon, which means he cannot carry a weapon. Doesn’t

Why does a mentally ill man have a gun?

It doesn’t fucking matter if they were known to be dangerous or not. Let’s say he lawfully owned and carried the weapon. The moment he carried weed with him he gave up the right to carry the weapon, and if he decided to still carry it, it is now a felony. If he had a CCW he would also lose his license for ever. It is

Not what happened, maybe try another false equivalency.

Pretty sure it had more to do with the fact he was rolling weed with a gun in his lap. Didn’t matter if the gun was stolen or not.

Fuck dude. Are you purposefully being a fucking moron, or are you actually this stupid. There are rules to these things. You are never allowed to have a weapon in your hand unless you are using it, and you better hope your life is in danger or you are fucked. Brandishing is illegal.

Name one...

Right, the person who stopped him had a gun. The cop shot him within minutes of the attack. All were very lucky the cop happened to be right there. This story would be much different if the cop had not been right there.

No the ban did not die. The National firearms act of 1934, the Gun Control act of 1968, and the Hugh’s amendment of 1986 are all still in effect and still ban M-4s as they are post ban. You can however buy an AR-15 with a short 14.5" barrel and pretend it’s a real m-4, but it’s not. You could also buy a pre ban M-16

Actually unless you are military or law enforcement, you cannot own an M-4. They weren’t designed until 1988 and weren’t put into production until after that. So they are post ban weapons and are illegal to own by civilians.
