For people east of the foothills maybe, but as someone who grew up in Colorado I’ve never heard anyone refer to us as Midwest. Southwest I often hear but mostly cause I’m from that part of the state.

Hope so.

If it wasn’t a white supremacist hate group I just doubt they would decline to name them, much like they don’t label their crimes as terrorism.

I also think it’s disappointing that the police won’t identify the hate group he’s connected to, not suprising though. 

Every time I think/hear/say it this is in my head.

Honestly just listening to his album and for me personally, following him on twitter and listening to some other interviews it’s clear that he supports BLM. I think they just wanted him to say something that would make a great headline and it didn’t happen.

That’s how I feel, I enjoyed all of them. Hopefully we’ll see more from them in the future but they’ll never all be on the same show again which makes me sad.

I’ve met a couple people who identify as libertarian and yeah, they’re basically just more extreme republicans. At first they’re all “I just hate big government”, but then they start start with saying extremely racist things and believe if someone can’t afford healthcare or even food, they deserve to die. I’m didn’t say get rid of it, I’m just saying that Hervé’s estate is most likely getting paid by all things Tintin, so I won’t support any of it. I don’t advocate for getting rid of all racist entertainment at all, I would rather kids learn about it in history class and at museums though.

Also fuck Tintin. Tintin au Congo is one of the most racist things I read as a child. I don’t care if it’s been watered down for the films, english books etc, if you spend money on anything Tintin, you’re supporting that.

It was as dark & fucked up as I think all ballet shows/films should be, wish they made another season.

I think they’re the same people. My friend from high school is both an antivaxxer and won’t let her kids get x-rays at the dentist. I assume she probably won’t let them use fluoride toothpaste either.

I have a hard time believing High School kids have even heard of any of those bands.

It wasn’t until a couple years ago that I even realized that people legit used vape pens for nicotine based product. I always assumed companies just advertised that way like they used to (and in some States probably still) advertise glass pipes as being for tobacco.

That’s a reason to support legalization in more states. I’m over the annoying weed tourists we get in Colorado, can’t wait ‘til is legal everywhere.

Yeah it’s just a three day weekend that most people don’t think about. Denver is an AIM (Amercan Indian Movement) headquarters so there’s usually a protest every year. It’s disappointing that Denver wasn’t one of the cities.
