The Owl John solo album is amazing, and you should definitely listen to it. Can only imagine how good the live shows will be, unless he suddenly decides to come near me, in which case I'll have to go see him.

Definitely going to be watching this on a regular basis if it can keep up/top the quality of the pilot. The promised Arrow cross-overs and the idea of building a shared universe between the two and possibly others is also going to be a very interesting possibility. I'm still not quite sure how to deal with the largely

I personally loved Delirium, but I suppose the book hit at the right time in my life for it to click for me. Before I Fall is her only other non-Delirium series work that isn't for children, but it is a really stellar book.

The vocals have an almost traditional scottish folk melody, reminds me "The Leaving of Liverpool" every once in awhile in there. And that's not even mentioning the absolutely gorgeous instrumentation. Interesting, layered drums, rich textured guitar sounds and a lot of great ambient sounds really tie this all together

Pleasantly surprised to hear good things about this, I suppose I'll have to give this a shot then, for at *least* Fishburne's sake!

More Than This, though Crane Wife was excellent too.

Waitwaitwait they're finally making films of Patrick Ness' books? Okay, I'm pumped now. His most recent book would make an amazing film if the tone is set correctly.

The biggest issue was the setting of the Maze for book 1 was something very interesting. Books 2 and 3 failed to really capture a "unique" setting, and instead was two books of "WICKED IS GOOD?" and "It's all according to plan now learn your past", which annoyed me to no end.

Book 2 is really good >.> It's one of those times I do appreciate a sequel because the format calls for it - creating a cool story out of creepy pictures.

Her Sea of Trolls (trilogy would ya believe it) is a really great Norse Mythology series as well, and is really gorgeous to boot.

O'Brien's the core reason I want to see this - the girlfriend talked me into watching Teen Wolf, and he keeps the show both entertaining and really quite watchable so far. I do like the book well enough, but if I needed a reason to see this, he'd be it.

Which is almost a complement more than anything.

What works for posed corpses, works for movie posters I guess.

Heck, I wanted to see Hannibal vs Breaking Bad. Two evil people with entirely different motivations.

Yeah, I mentioned that myself on the original nominations, and VDW said (pre finale airing mind you) that Takiawase was the better choice as a "stand-alone", but damn, I don't think anything this year quite touches Mizumono.

Oh geez, now ya got me even more excited VanDerWerff! Glad to know you've seen it and taken it into account though!

Not a nomination, but your titles for the nominated Hannibal episode (Takiawase) is really messed up - The episode is called "Takiawase", and is referenced as such in the article (and as the official episode name on IMBD), but on the show page on here, and in the article, it claims the name is "Sakizuke", which is

I second B99's "The Party". Absolute masterclass of an episode, to me. So much fun, and had me in near-tears the entire time.

Absolutely loved this one. Wasn't sure what to expect from it, but it seems to be tying together a billion different genres successfully. They really balanced the character-work fantastically too, and as much as I wanted to see Dorian Gray and Billie Piper's character, I think their absence in the premiere made it

This is such a polarizing day. Hannibal made it to season 3… But I have to lose Community?
