Adult Swim is streaming the entire series as a marathon online. Not sure for how long, but they did it before for about a week, about a month ago.

I really liked the Zoom voiceover at the start of the episode. Provided a nice, dark parallel to last week's episode, Plus I could listen to Tony Todd read the phone book and it'd still sound awesomely sinister.

So two of the pups are Bob's Burgers actors, and two are Thrilling Adventure Hour alums. Curious if the last one will break the tie. In either case, I'd call it a win.

She'll always be Sadie Doyle to me…although finding out she was Birdgirl blew my damn mind. For the record, anyone who'd like to listen to her in The Thrilling Adventure Hour, which is delightful, can go here (start from the bottom), and look for the Beyond Belief entries: http://podbay.fm/show/40869…

I was actually weirdly affected by Rick begging Pencilvester to give him some bad memory of them together so he wouldn't haven to shoot him. He may be a cold, callous bastard at times, but he cares about his friends (so long as they don't betray him).

From the preview of next week's episode, it looks like he's going to be the President.

It's very representative of Graham's work. Very fluid and colorful.

I am incredibly pumped for this episode. Brandon Graham is an absolutely brilliant cartoonist (for those who don't know him, I'd recommend his comics "King City" and "Multiple Warheads"), and I've been dying to see his spin on AT since he announced he was working on it.

You know what scares me? The fact that the descriptions of the three remaining episodes of the season after the two-parter don't mention the gems at all. It's all about Steven interacting with his dad, Connie, and Buck Dewey, respectively. Not all the previous episode descriptions include the gems, but their absence

That actually makes me more nervous about it. While I love the SU crew way more than the UG folks (although I do enjoy both shows), I feel like it'd be a lot easier to bring Steven into Uncle Grandpa's lunatic world than vice versa. That being said, the SU crew has more than earned my trust at this point. If anyone

She torments his sister. That's reason enough.

Having gone back to check the timer, it's 21 hours, instead of days. So whatever is gonna happen, it's gonna happen the next day!

I appreciate that the pose Dipper freezes in when he's turned to wood is the same one the shapeshifter predicted would be the last form he ever takes. Curious if they'll do that every time he's in mortal peril from now on…

Glad to see the AV Club doing this show. I like their Adventure Time analysis, and this show is shaping up to be just as dense with things to talk about.

There is, but the key wasn't created until after the events of this issue. Not trying to belabor the point, I'm just making the point that Joe Hill isn't violating his own rules here.

I believe that the rule that prohibits adults from using the keys only came into being around WWII. Since this story seems to take place before then, there's nothing stopping the adults from using the keys.

I fully support regular coverage for this show.
