I’m pro Game of Thrones, and have disliked the past few seasons. In my opinion, the “anti-Game of Thrones” people are the moral crusaders who were never going to be on board anyway.

I’ve always had a very mixed relationship with this film. My parents both absolutely love it, and I appreciate it as well, but especially my mother’s love for it has always kind of rubbed me the wrong way. That being said, I think it’s a great movie for what it is.

To be completely fair, it’s told from the perspective of the slave owners. That’s likely the way many of them viewed the slaves. It’s disturbing how little regard they showed for the feelings of the slaves - you can read about people who genuinely regarded their slaves a s friends or even family, and who were…

They did kind of make that joke. Han even delivered it.
