The genius of Breaking Bad was its use of devices and themes from classic literature.   Walter White is Ozymandias.  The whole plot was a mixture of Shakespeare and classical Greek Tragedy.  In some ways it reminds me of the movie "O Brother, Where Art Thou?," which was basically a modern day adaptation of Homer's

It would have been better just to say you don't like the show.  That's okay. Just because something is popular doesn't mean it appeals to everyone. I, for one, can't stand the Beatles.  Yes, it's true. Their music doesn't appeal to me, as Breaking Bad does not appear to you.  It is a matter of style and preference,

The original plan was to kill Jesse off after season 1.  Having him around for  4 additional seasons has worked out so far so giving him at least one more episode is a good move.

People who still have sympathy for Walt are either naive or psychopaths themselves.  Walt is a self-centered prick.

Also remember that Landry killed a guy to protect Tara…and got away with it.  Beware the innocent face.

Jack wasn't in on that decision and may not like it.  Lydia may not like it either. Todd may have tried too hard to please them both and it could cost him.  Remember how angry Mike and Jesse were when Todd killed the kid?  Just wait.

She also get's off for cutting a deal with prosecutors regarding everything she knows.  Walt, in essence, has given her no other choice than to rat him out…or just corroborate what Walt said over the phone for that matter.

Don't forget "the confession" tape Walt made. In it he made Hank out to be Heisenberg. If they can get Jesse's tape before anyone else sees it, Hanks version of events will gain precedence and he can always claim self-defense.  He said in the tape that Hank was trying to kill him.  Who will be left to argue with him?

…as a Republican of course.

I sense a troll.

You must understand the power of money.  Many a billionaire has gone on record as saying that there is no such thing as too much.  At a point it becomes a pissing contest with all the other rich people.  Research shows that making money stimulates the same pleasure center in the brain as cocaine.  So there's that.

I have long thought that about Walt, that perhaps he was never a good man as he led on.  I started thinking that after his refusal of the money from his Gray Matter buddies.  The only reason he refused was his pride. That in all likelihood was the reason he left Gray Matter in the first place.  Yet, instead of

"He paid that bit of hubris with his life."  That he did.
