This! My trackball is just not smooth enough for sniping in games (it uses the heavily dotted red ball).

Derp. Yes. Let's just kill people I disagree with. You're a moron.

For no good reason, maybe. What we disagree on is whether or not a reason is good.

It would be just as easy to do this with physical media as it is with digital media...

Yeah. Protests are so much better when they don't cause a stir. They should quietly protest on city blocks in tents where everyone can ignore them...

and yet the people the tea party elected a) haven't done anything worthwhile in office and b) are the subject of recall votes in several places.

What is so enraging about property damage in the first place? Seriously, when did money, as a concept, become more important in america than human well being and life in general?

I agree, dissolved. People act like violence is never justified and that everything should be passive protest. Hard to see how people aren't jaded at the idea that peaceful protesting solving anything.

And yet, if these acts of destruction hadn't taken place, no one would be talking about the actual issues anyway and the protests would happen, take up one night of the news while the traffic guy tries to explain how to avoid them, and then it would be over.

I think what's more sad is that peaceful protesting hasn't had an impact since the civil rights movement.

Because the tea party movement was made up entirely of people over the age of 50 who forgot what the Boston tea party was actually about, and don't have a very strong grasp of the US constitution.

Yeah what DocSeuss basically said. Right now valve is not subject to things like Shareholder's derivatives suits. It would be truly tragic if they were.

27.5%.

I think it would be awesome as long as it was more along the lines of Heavy Rain / The Dig than Gears of War 3 or Mass Effect 3.

If this wasn't designed around being on the iOS I think people would have been more willing to back it...

Kickstarter is pretty revolutionary even at 25%. The thing is, most games are technically more complex than the box, music, art, trips and other random stuff on kickstarter. It's even generally more complex than the manufactured / mass prodcued mechanical items on it, so you would assume people would be more risk

The thing is, one of the aspects people find fun about these games is the trading and perfecting aspect. A lot of builds in Diablo 2 were incredibly item reliant, and they were reliant on items which had maybe a .00000001% chance of dropping, meaning you weren't likely to ever see them yourself, unless you played

You need to check up on the D2 market a little more. D2 was flooded with bots, and items STILL sold for a lot, not to mention runes were also duped and those sold as well. The super rare items in D3 will be much more rare than in D2 for those reasons.

Most of it was public. There are 2 peices of "news" here. First, the fee for "cashing out" via paypal is 15%. Second, there is a real money fee of 15% on commodity sales on the RMAH. Neither of those were announced before.

No it isn't.
