Carl is a bit of an inept drug dealer. He's learning, sure, but showing up to a police station with a pound of weed, in a car that doesn't belong to anyone in that family, isn't too bright. Good job, Gallagher.

Carl is a drug dealer. In the Shameless universe, so what? It's better than him mutilating animals. After all, Kev and Lip sold weed out of an ice cream truck for an entire summer, and you're worried about a fictional kid in Chiraq, Drillinois doing the things that real kids in that city do anyway?
Kev needs to tone it the fuck down a few notches, however, I applaud his dedication as a fantastic father. I agree that V is far too selfish for her own good. She's so worried about her needs as a woman that she's forgetting her obligations as a mother.

Frank has those city years on him. He hasn't aged well.
It's probably the most consistent relationship on the show at this point. Think about what they've overcome. Mickey has an immense amount of patience with Ian.
The fact that it was Ian doing it during a manic episode is what made it so cringeworthy.
So there's no condemnation for Fiona after cheating on her husband? I did particularly enjoy her kicking Jimmy's ass outside of the diner, but that joy was quickly replaced by discomfort during the gut-wrenching sex scene with him in the kitchen.
What a great flurry of puns.
Stop playin' with us.
Jamal would certainly give Sam Smith a run for his money.
If Igloo Australia can be nominated for a Grammy, why can't Hakeem Lyons?
They all are, but Jamal's talent is obvious. He's brilliant. Hakeem has shown no such talent other than being a public face. You can spare me the ableism argument. Andre's mental instability has less to do with BPD and a lot more to do with his willingness to destroy his family. I'd wager that his greed isn't a result…
I'd rather not see their relationship turn into Cain and Abel. They seemed to genuinely give a shit about each other, in the broad scheme of things.
Hakeem is trash. He represents a very popular, untalented, portion of the rap/pop music industry (see: Tyga, Yung Berg, Gudda Gudda, Lil Chuckee, Kid Ink, Kirko Bangz) who rap about a foreign street life and the fame that it's afforded them. In this sense, I'd rather not see him get control of Empire because his…
I think she may be concerned about the backlash. If this guy is as dangerous as she says he is, Cookie icing his right-hand man could only mean that her former crew is in danger.
I would recommend a 'Drip Drop' support group, but something something venereal disease joke.
Despite the incredible acting talent and the Timbaland support, I want this show it stop taking itself seriously. The more camp, the more enjoyable. Any attempt to accurately portray the intersecting lines of street life and the music industry will continue to fall flat. Common gangster tropes and cheesy music videos,…
Idiots, all of 'em!
Film critics at film festivals are self-important hacks with opinions that they pass off as fact. I just want to be entertained. That said, I'm looking forward to this as well.
