Anyone know how to get a refund for this game and season pass? I got the Clear Concord of Hostiles bug and cannot play

This game is garbage. I was excited to play then got the Clear Concord of Hostiles bug. I refuse to start over. If Bethesda was going to make a game with this many bugs they should be offering support or fixing them as soon as they are found.
