Obama has been occasionally attacked by the left for not being progressive enough. But, for the most part, the media has protected him. Just watch any interview with him. Softball after softball.

Fox News filled a hole left by an obvious liberal media. It’s easy to get the liberally biased news. It’s in every paper, on virtually every newscast. Fox provided a way to fill the gap and I, for one (and I’m a moderate), am glad they did. Without them - there would be significant news we would never see, never know…
