I know. I know, I haven't even lurked in ages.

Wow, this takes me back haha, check out the date on those last posts. Still got a Falc (XG Ute) but also rocking a VN Calais 5L 180kw HSV Enhanced motor, 3000rpm Hi-Stall, mini-spool

Now playing

Good to see the Aussie contingent is still being represented here at Jalopnik.

I'm currently looking at AU XR6s and XR8s

We also had a few Falcon Sundowner models...and we call them Panel-Vans! (or Panos for short)

XA GT - sedan

Base EA, Fairmont Ghia EA, XR6 ED, XG Ute currently...

The ED XR6 was my favourite, 164kw straight 6, 3.45 LSD... still have both the motor and the diff for when I can be arsed putting them in the ute.

They certainly would, that is the what most new Falcons are destined for anyway, taxis, cop cars and fleet vehicles.... Heck I have even seen an FPV GT335 taxi...

I for one am obviously shattered.

Every time I drove my ute past the Broadmeadows headquarters (which was quite often since I live the area) I would pat her on the dash and say, "See over there? That's where you born..."

Wow, I have seen exactly ONE Nascar race in its entirety (It was the last one, Daytona I think? We don't get much coverage down here) and even I get the joke.

We need to get this comment raised to the top.

Technically there was never a "Ferrari Dino", it was just a Dino as Enzo didn't want to put his name on a car with fewer than 8-cylinders.

I do, all the time.

HAHA What an original idea.

I'm currently in the process of sourcing a "trailer hitch" or towbar as they are called down here for my R33. I own a ute but for the all the use it gets to haul stuff (these days that is, it has seen it fair share of 500kg plus loads in the past) I may as well just use my trailer.

You don't think I was serious do you! First clue was that I referenced Top Gear

I honestly prefer the original AZ-1 aesthetic.
