Celebrity fakes in general are old news. Back in 2000/2001, I had a huge collection of faked pictures. It still exists on an archival CD somewhere, I think. But faked celebrities are nothing new. I even made a few in 2001, but that phase passed quickly.

Dear God, I remember Rage. Turns out, he was actually a 14 year old kid despite how he looked, but the Avengers' screening process, which was handled 100% by computers with no human intervention of any kind, didn't check age, so he got in that way.

I'd add Kirby along with Adams and Buscema, just on principle. Though I don't think Kirby drew anyone the other two didn't, now that I think about it.

To be fair, Captain America did have some issues in the 60s when they first revived him, mainly overwhelming guilt at what happened to Bucky. Though he seemed to get over that after a few years, and hasn't had many mental problems since then.

I can't recall the last time Chrome crashed for me. I know Flash has crashed for me at some point in the past year, but I really can't recall when that was. It happens so infrequently I have trouble remembering when it did. No tabs auto open for me either on launch.

it actually wouldn't. Open sourcing it will make it stronger. Plenty of software security tools are open source and they're not less effective because of it.

In 1993, I found #hello on IRC. (efnet) it was the first community I really associated with. I'd been on BBSes for 9 years at that point however, those don't count. (Fir the record, though, the first BBS I really felt part of was one near Philly called The Fire Command Center, or TFCC. It was run by a volunteer fire

I don't know if it's legal or not, but no one is going to care if you just look at the site and don't do anything on it. They want to bust the people who are running the site or the sellers, not people who are looking but not touching.

She should have waited until she had tenure to pull this stunt. Then she'd at least still have a job.

I did this with a friend of mine, and she always gets all indignant, saying she doesn't have a choice and her phone (some kind of phone running Android, don't know the model) only shoots video vertically. (Portrait mode, I guess?) I'm curious how many phone are out there like that? Maybe that's why so many people do?

I don't think it looks boring. I honestly want to play with it now. I need to find one!

This is why I keep my TV and cable box on an outlet controlled by a wall switch. I just flip the switch off when I'm done, zero electricity used. Problem solved.

Hmmm. That storm trooper doe snot look a Jango Fett clone. Great, he changed that, too.

It did? Which one do you mean? I thought all the lightsaber battles in Phantom were sort of disappointing.

I'm surprised SeaTac isn't on this list anywhere. I despise that place. I live near Philly and every time I fly anywhere, I start out at Philly. SeaTac is much worse. I've also had layovers in O'Hare and LAX and found both of them more tolerable than SeaTac.

Good thing you don't live around me. I've not seen a single retailer here that accepts it. In fact, I thought the technology was dead on arrival until I read this article. Though I'm having trouble telling if you're trying to be sarcastic or not.

The fact that it got on the comet at all makes it a success. Definitely not a failure.

A guy I've known for 20+ years recently had the same thing happen to him. He's convinced that all celebrities and politicians are actually lizard people, and humanity is enslaved by these lizard people and we just don't realize it.

Indeed. I only use Chrome on my phone anymore, and I think it's a damn near perfect solution. There's a few problems, but they're minor. I can definitely overlook them.

Maybe not Spotify itself, but streaming music is absolutely the future of the music industry. That's all there's gonna be in another 8-10 years.
