I didn't read it as body-shaming, but it still came off as a sour note at the end of a great comment. "Heifer" reads to me as a very gendered insult, so there's probably a better way to express your disappointment with a woman in a feminist context.

Heifer - like cow - has a history of being a gendered slur, one that's aimed at women's bodies.

That he didn't even have a boilerplate non answer ready for this shows a certain level of arrogance. Even if none of the accusations are true, you still have to address them and to assume no one will ask about them on a national news program, not some softball talk show, is just arrogant and/or dumb.

I say this every time but literally every other country in the world manages to have a higher education system without Greek Organisations. We find other ways to make friends, join other groups and still end up with a good university experience.

The judge's statements were the most aggravating, rage-inducing part of this for me. The basic gist I got out of it was, "What you did was very, very bad, and you'll feel guilty for the rest of your life... but you've been feeling bad about being on trial for three years now, so that's enough punishment for me."
