Alex left and now Chip is picking up the option to force a buyout. That’s my take at least. I try to use common sense as best I can so the legalize of these contracts may differ, but if Mclaren signed him to a “Mclaren Family” contract like Rosenqvist rather than a “Mclaren Indycar” contract, maybe that voids the CGR o

I bought a PS5 solely to prepare for GT7. Though I did pass it off as a gift for the kids and enjoyed it thoroughly before GT7 dropped.

The 45 minute races are pure sprints. I’d be curious if it slows the pace of the race having a stop double the distance. Would that also mean x4 attack mode uses? That might feel excessive, but again, more racing.

Get rid of Fan Boost, but Attack Mode is amazing. It’s works two fold as it offers tricky street circuits vastly more passing opportunities (or opportunities to be passed). It’s also a key strategy play that in a way replaces pit strategy. Attack Mode over and undercuts can make or break a race.

Yep, we’re the ones just sitting back and enjoying the game so you probably don’t hear from us too much. Maybe expectations were too high, but I feel like I got exactly what I expected.

Glad to hear others are enjoying it for what it is too. Golding all the licenses made me feel right at home. The Circuit Experiences are great, I’m currently trying to ace all the America’s ones. 1-lap at the ranch is killing me though so I’m starting to work on Europe now. That alone has gotten me over the 10m mark,

You’re literally doing what I’m doing, haha. Gold licenses, cafe, gold missions. Now I’ve got the circuit experiences going. Just have the 1-lap at the Ranch left to finish up Americas and I’m starting to knock out the Europe ones. I’ve found good success doing circuit experiences, then right after finishing up the

I remember playing Flight Simulator 98 and I’d always take off from Meigs field. I remember those polygons so well.

For as much hate as it’s gotten, I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s the same GT experience of old with a few extras. I’ll admit GT5 was the last I played so my point of reference may be a bit dated

Horrendously good. I totally get why people wouldn’t like them, but this is one of those times I enjoy a bit of gaudy.

I’m wearing out a little on the overly 80's inspired games, but this one looks like it could be fun. As someone who typical enjoys sim racers its been nice to have so many quality arcade options lately. When Iracing is too time consuming Art of Rally, Circuit Superstars, and GT7 are a nice breather.

Is selling an option? I just assumed it wasn’t when I saw the discard option. It’s an odd choice not to give at least something back. I had the same thought as you, but I now have a third Civic Type R I’ve earned between prizes/roulettes so I can’t imagine not discarding some if they keep stacking up.

Way to go Lando. I’m sure we won’t see everyone’s full set of cards until the first race weekend, but the optimist in me is excited by today’s results.

I’ve been watching since season 2 and it’s definitely entertaining. They’ve done a lot right with not trying to compete with existing series bringing in their own ideas to set themselves apart.

Fanboost definitely needs to go. The attack mode is enough to spice things up. I’d love to see them on different courses, but the cars just aren’t there yet. The speed would look pretty slow compared to other series. I think running on tight street circuits are the only reason it feels as quick and competitive as it

*Cough* Bourdais *Cough*

That’s a memory you won’t forget, haha! I’ve only been to a few other tracks, but each one makes me appreciate RA even more.

Dubuque looks like a cool town. I’ve passed through a few times going from Wisconsin to Colorado. On the flipside I’ve been looking to get to an Iowa race to see them on an oval. Iowa always seems to deliver the action. Maybe another trip through Dubuque is in my future, lol.

It’s definitely worth a trip back! Not sure when you were there last, but over the past few years they’ve added a lot more paths (inside of Canada around to the Kink) and a bunch more big screens so you don’t miss the other 13 corners from wherever your sitting.

To those of you in Wisconsin, picking up a ticket to the Road America race is well worth it, even if you aren’t a fan yet. You’ve got full access to the paddocks to see the cars and teams working up close as well as open seating anywhere along the 4 mile course. The food is great (and affordable), but you can haul in
