I’ll be at Road America for Indycar in a few weeks and IMSA in August. I’d love to make it to another road trip visit to another track but I’m not sure I want to commit to much travel yet. I’m up for suggestions if any fellow Midwesterners have recommendations!

Nothing says overplayed more than aftermarket trends coming straight from the factory. Usually an upgrade or two can salvage the murdered out look, like rims and a slight drop, but this is a Prius after all. Going full black on a stock looking economy model is going to be gross 9 out of 9 times. I’m not sure what the

Somewhat in the moment, but more in the bittersweet aftermath, the 2011 Indy 500.

Yes, I believe they are different. I lived in AZ for a short time and remember QT’s, they seemed like a whole different situation.

This is the 11-foot-8 equivalent of the DVD screen saver perfectly hitting the corner.

Yep, I remember drooling over it in the magazine aisle of my grocery store as a kid. Never was a Corvette guy, but this and the C4 Speedster hold a special place.

Here in suburban Wisconsin it’s Kwik Trip for me and I think many will agree. The gas is gas, but the shop is my go to whether it’s movie night snacks, breakfast for a trip up to Road America, or even just grocery run essentials. The warm food is solid with lots of variety and the service can’t be beat.

Somewhat on story, though I have seen one since...

Everything was normal here in Milwaukee and the burbs I drive through. I’m around a quarter tank and was curious if I was going to have to wait in line this morning or some crazy scenario, but things didn’t look any different. I’ll just get it tomorrow probably. We’ll see if that’s a decision I regret.

That looks like the perfect size bed for hauling... a regular sized Festiva?

Well this will get me to give up on my wanting companies to still make an early 90's spec car for cheap, ala 92 Accord or something.

Give me a good green space to chill in for a while without having to venture more than a 1/2 mile off the expressway and I’m a happy man.

Speaking of, has there ever been a thing where Jalop or Reddit or someone asks those people why they drive police-esque vehicles? I mean every time I see one it seems to be surrounded by a pack of cars afraid to drive the speed limit. As someone frustrated enough with other drivers I can’t imagine paying money to

This is sadly where I landed naturally. I wasn’t a big fan of this Z generation until about a year or so ago. The 350z didn’t impress at launch and the 370's facelift didn’t change that opinion. But maybe it was the way the rest of the sports coupe market boringly developed afterwards that left me liking the 370 a lot

Low maintenance and it’s speedy on downhills.

I just picked up an Elantra N-Line and it’s been a blast. A true “N” would be cool but it’s out of my budget anyways so I’m not too concerned over what will be coming in the next year or so. I was shocked how much car you get for the price. I shopped it against a few Jetta GLI’s that came off 2-year leases and just

I wish they kept the GT. I very recently got a 21' Elantra N-Line and love it. They’ve been getting snatched up fast here, especially the manuals so if the success continues maybe we’ll see the GT make a return, but a true “N” version might be too close in spec to the Veloster N.

Giving an SUV ungodly performance is dumb, but making a Porsche 959 Safari is totally amazing...

Same for me in WI. Maybe it’s just our state, or maybe I was unknowingly channeling my inner Bandit.
