I thought I've seen every episode, but only saw this one for the first time this morning. I grew up in the 60's.

These days, Aunt Agnes would be the #1 suspect in the disappearance of the little girl she had in her custody. It will be known she really didn't like the girl, and her entire apartment would be searched for blood residue. Only in the Twilight Zone.
