My dog who loves her baby sister. Every morning now she has to see the baby face to face when I bring the baby down. Scotties are really fiercely protective of their “people”. She also drops toys by her pack n play and swing as if BabyBock can throw them. I love cuddling with the baby and dog on a cold day.

I’m in SoCal, so the worst we get is rain. But it’s been a very rainy winter after a long drought, and Buster and Sophie are confused and displeased. They love getting dried off, though! They both get all sulky when the other one gets to go first. It’s like a full body massage with a soft fluffy towel.

And because I really shouldn’t forget about my very first feline child, here’s a very intelligent looking Stupid Cat. She’s over a decade old and she hunts laundry while we’re sleeping.

Buster is trying his best to serve us as therapy doge, but he’s falling asleep on the job lately. It’s exhausting. He’s getting through on pillow piles, blanket piles and stealing our warmth.

I counted my little guy’s coats the other day....including 2 sweatshirts and 2 raincoats he has 14! Yikes! I think he may be a little spoiled. Anyhow, here he is in one of them, enjoying the snow!
