There’s a saying that I love, “when someone shows you who they are, believe them.” (I just searched it, it’s from the great Maya Angleou!) Self-deception is the worst deception of all.

I used to do Bikram yoga, way back in 2004,at at a local studio. I liked the form very much, and thought that whoever had come up with such a wonderful kind of yoga MUST be a cool guy. (Hot yoga did help me with some health issues.)
