So all those Xbox 360s I have in my garage are worth something now?!

And every episode of Splitscreen recently has ended with them saying "We'll find a way to keep doing this podcast whatever happens" which I find incredibly ominous.

I think you scrolled too far before commenting!

I guess only that you have to pay for a Home subscription?

Wasn't this obvious from the start?

The first person parts of Silent Hill 4 were excellent. Part of that was they contrasted with the third person parts of the game to make you fel extra claustrophobic in the room, but I could still see it working for a whole game.

I feel the same. SH3 is pretty good but I didn’t think it really added anything to the series - nothing groundbreaking in terms of gameplay, and I didn’t really like that it was a direct sequel to the first game - I’d initially expected that from SH2, but then really liked the fact that it was about a completely

Yeah, a few articles have described the Xbox Series X as a monolith and I’m just like “Where the hell were you 20 years ago? The PS2 is the monolith of consoles!”

The way they’re going, it doesn’t look like the Xbox Series X is going to get any exclusive games - “Xbox” is now a brand more than physical hardware, and if you have a Windows gaming PC you’re now fully integrated into the Xbox ecosystem - play all the same games, sign in with your gamertag, cross-purchase and

“The most recent patch, dubbed the Bedrock addition”

I read this but then I saw the UK General Election exit polls...

Agreed. I thought it was really good in terms of how it was more GTA but technologically more advanced, but it was just business as usual, for better or worse - and there don't seem to have been as many games influenced by it in the last 6 years as there were influenced by, say, GTA III - because when that was

Dark Souls was released in 2011, it was Demon’s Souls that was released in 2009.

How would that ruin anyone's excitement? It's not a new game so obviously it's been on other platforms before (Xbox, PC, PS3, Vita, iOS, Android, even Ouya). What does the fact that it was on Xbox first have to do with anything?

Yeah, the only time I've ever had fun with Halo was when playing it with someone else.

How could you get splitscreen to work on a PC?
