Mostly these beauty gurus do a lot of affiliate marketing - so when they say “click on or see my link below” it usually means they are part of an affiliate marking program where they get paid a percentage for every order that comes in through that link.

Many use all the social platforms. SO, for example, I can post on Instagram and also have the same information go to Facebook and Twitter.
