I'm not a Fraco fan, by any stretch, but according to both him and Seth Rogen, he doesn't get high at all. Just thought I would throw that out there.

"The Departed" was exactly what it was supposed to me. Let's not forget, too, that it was a remake of a foreign film. I don't think you can point to The Departed and attempt to call it "weak", or that it's even one of the weaker works created by Scorsese. IMO, it was brilliant, striking, and even hilarious at times.
