It's not so much the rights of the clients, as it is my fear that the disappearance of their 4th Amendment can easily lead to the disappearance of my 4th Amendment.  I will say the prosecutors here aren't raging dicks; we have a lot of people who like drive drunk and beat their wives.

It's always sucked to be politically irrelevant.  I'm studying criminal law with the intent of doing indigent defense, and these people are fucked, have always been fucked, and will continue to be fucked.  The vast majority of them are guilty, to boot.
