When I hear that hoary old cliche about “sports bringing a community together,” this is really the platonic ideal. 

I find it strange that A.V. Club is not recapping either Chernobyl or Gentleman Jack, two of the best shows I’ve seen this year. 

There’s a book about him, called The Radioactive Boy Scout, for anyone who wants a more in depth look at the story. It was written around 2000 or so, so it doesn’t cover the rather sad end of his life. 

Needs more Teen Wolf to be the Ringer. 

100% agree. He hates doing actual work but loves being on TV and basking in the adulation of the rubes.

I used to watch SportsCenter in the morning during breakfast, but I grew so tired of anything that wasn’t a sports highlight.  I just watch the MLB highlights on Quick Pitch instead.
