X-Men Legends 2: Rise of Apocalypse is even better. bigger roster of heroes, more variance in the loot, and a tad more re-playability. I wish they'd re-release it or throw in backwards compatibility.
god, that one was great. it's the only one I remember as well.
man, I remember the Game Gear being so darn cool…
I hope Rez Infinite gets ported to PC.
uh, I thought that was Shiny, published by Acclaim…?
I took it more as a dark twist on the fact that we all grow old and die, and we have to accept that odds are we never turned out the way we thought we would. that, and the fact that such rhetoric is a moving target - - an emotional appeal that is ultimately a bit absurd, if effective.

this reminds me that I need to get Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. and possibly a cheap Amiibo so I can get the extra stages. I loved those little puzzly stages in Super Mario 3D World
Rayman Legends and Rayman Origins… WindWaker HD (and Twilight Princess, if that's your jam — I'm still slowly working my way through Ocarina on my 3DS), Wonderful 101, reissue of the Metroid Prime Trilogy for a very reasonable price on the eShop, Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze, the definitive version of Bayonetta 1…
it's the psychological hook that's addictive. my understanding is that people who have gambling addiction develop the same sort of rush, perhaps because the odds are stacked against them, or maybe because after being down so long, it feels good to win?
I guess it's better to have less than more. easier to add more than it is to scrape it off or w/e.
