An Oceans 11 style hist film set in the Star Wars universe sounds like good fun. No mention of the force, no grand galactic scheme (but there probably will be one), but just exploring the universe and telling a good story. I’m fine with that.

I agree. As a 43 year old kid/adult/nerd/professional Luke and the gang were key to my childhood imagination. Seeing him face old age, doubt and pain was rough, but it needed to happen in the context of this story.

Also a reminder of why the older, longer rallys out in the wilds were so cool. Things like this and Safari complimented tighter courses like Monaco and Spain. Maintenance was done where and when they could. So cool.
