Mercedes AMG F1 responds to Rosberg’s retirement. Awesome.

I am really happy for him. He did what he wanted to do, at the very top level, he has a young family and now he is going to be able to focus there. I imagine we will see him in a car again, on his own terms, and I would bet Mercedes will take good care of him.

My wife got a tour a couple of years ago and said it was amazing. I was stuck in a conference room. We were down there for a conference again last fall and had dinner at the facility inside Living Seas at Epcot and got to see behind scenes and even that was cool!

I understand, but I doubt Cady would be thrilled with the idea of having to remove their bodywork. If I remember correctly they would have to go with the ACO approved engine as well.

It’s good to see Gordon getting out and getting to do some fun stuff. The guy has earned it. What will be interesting to see with the cool P2 / DPi cars coming to IMSA is how the ACO will react. Their rules pretty much preclude these cars from competing at Le Mans in favor of their chosen chassis makers, but having

The music is played on reindeer horns. No modern fiddles for these folks.

Spent my weekend representing my company at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineeers conference in Seattle. I did 13 interviews, shook a couple of hundred hands and talked to a lot of people. We made a few job offers as well. Pretty cool.

Aircraft are certified toner everyone off in 90 seconds. ANYTHING that inhibits that is bad mojo. I spend more time aroundnaircraftbthan most and have thought about what I would do if I had to evac in a fire. It includes helping anyone who is blocking the isle to not be a block any more. I will sort it out with the

I wonder if FOM uses the same pilotall over the world? The pilot at monza last year was nuts. He would follow the banking and you would loose him below the trees

I wonder if these will have the viral marketing / scavenger hunt that the last series did? My buddy and I ended up following the clues to Las Vegas. Had good fun with the BMW folks.

Listen and laugh.

Bill will love gardening and is looking forward to a good crop.

That isn’t what I listen to during the races. I use the Tune In Radio app. I have a wifi speaker and I mute the TV.

I was standing just down from the Turner pits when this happened, right between Risi and Magnus, and Klingmann came right past us. Dude was not a happy camper at all. I would guess after the red mist wore off he was more disappointed in himself, but we will see. Also, it was interesting to see the joy of Risi

Saw its racing cousin this weekend.

Musk sends up a Dragon to save it and then calls dibs since China didn’t want it anyway. Sets it up as his super villain space lair.

Think of the culture of the companies as well. Both started from nothing by hard driving individuals wanting to do something different from the rest.

I had a 97 GS-T in metallic green. I loved that car and only gave it up when the engine started to fall apart. Good power, good mileage, reasonable looks.

Looks like controlled flight into terrain, but who knows?

I have had a carbon fiber sliver. Hurts like no other sliver and takes forever to come out. No thanks.
