Excited to see it! I’ve never driven anything there. Maybe next time. I was so thrilled to go into the shop. The guys were totally cool and just let us stand there while they tuned the Dino. Good sounds!

From what I understand, most all the cars run and they exercise them on that track often. When I was there last time the History Garage Shop was open and they let us in. They were tuning the Dino and working on the Caddy. Cool stuff.
It sounds like all these items are reasonable, evolutionary steps, from where they are today. Stretch goals, but not impossible at all.
Gemini is the bad ass program of the three. Mercury was pretty conservative, mount they figured stuff out and they went for it with Gemini. Spacewalks. the first few were dangerous and we could have lost some people, but Buzz and some other folks figure out the importance of restraints and hand holds. Long duration…
It has been years since I was at a NASCAR race with my scanner, but I don't remember Gordon being much fun to listen to while driving. Put Paul Tracy in the car and many listening would learn a whole new vocabulary.
Was a joke.
The intent, I think you missed it.
You, ah, go in for weird fetish stuff don't you?
Pretty clear to me. Its a shrink wrapped Panoz Abruzzi. The oddest car to come from the guy who brought us the DeltaWing.
That is going to be one large flying machine. They aren't done putting platforms in either.
Why not?
MD-88. Or a Mad Dog to those in the know.
Just flew from Atlanta to Seattle and waiting for the ferry to Whidbey Island.
A struggle getting excited about Bentleys, but it was cool of them to be friendly?
I think this is a good approach. Many of the deaths and injuries suffered by people out in the world are because of seemingly minor things. Alive and surfing Instagram looking at kittens one second and a cross between hamburger and the insides of a pumpkin the next. All because they weren’t paying attention to where…
The 787, A350 and C-Series have undergone extensive testing for situations like this. They should be fine.
Video of an actual test...If you have to ask you are welcome to remove yourself from my lawn.
Mentioned the car being at Goodwood in a mother post. Damn impressive to see.
I saw hm take it up the hill at Goodwood a few years ago. Not flat, not straight and he did it in the dry and the rain. Dude knows what he is doing.
