The notes about window failure don't take into account the crew oxygen masks. The flight crews train extensively in using these masks. Here is handy video that shows the use of the A320's mask.

I'm in metro Atlanta, so that all works out. Would probably have my wife drive the i3 due to the Evo's gas milage. I run to work in a Mini. I did just notice that they have the range extender model of the i3 for $195/month. Still not bad. Might go on some test drives this weekend.
