They aren't that old. Low hours and cycles and they are kept in the best environments. The airframes could last for another 25 years at the current utilization just fine. Updating the avionics is where it gets expensive.
YMMV, but my night vision has been fine. Halos went a way after about two months.

Depends on how sharp it is. A really sharp valley and you are SOL, but smother and you would probably be able to shrink it.
Electromagnetic dent removal exists for aluminum structures. I've seen it in action and it can do some impressive things. Spendy though.
