Ahhh the Power Line, or how I ran up my mom’s phone bill and lost my gaming privliges for a month.

Jeeez i go to bed at 3am every night and get up at 7 for work. But when I try to sleep earlier, my ADHD mind just keeps me up so I can finish the things I was working on. I’ve been this way my whole life too. My mom and I were both night owls growing up. On the weekends I get about 9 hours of sleep though. I know that

Dude, you can stealth your way through the entire game. It just gets harder in the last few stages.

To be fair, the end of Mafia II is in the late 50's. So it isn’t a giant leap in logic that the next sequential game in the series (which btw continues Vito’s story), should be set in the following decade.

It’s totally a rental sadly. I rented it from Gamefly and beat it in about 12 hours. There is like very little to do after finishing the campaign.

Now playing

Interesting review. I want to check out the campaign, but “Pinnacle of FPS’s” is a pretty lofty claim. I’ll have to decide that for myself.

I also noticed you have a new user pic. The eyeliner suits you. I think it represents your chosen identity well. But as Alaska Thunderfuck would say... “Nails”!

Funniest thing I’ve see all weekend yah wankah!

Many European friends have come to visit us here in the Bay Area over the years and they always remark on how much SF is like many European cities.

As a fan of B-Movies, that movie is just bad. Not like, so bad it’s funny. Or too clever for its own time. It’s just a terribly made film.

His legacy shall live forever... alone... in... the... dark.

Oh yeah EWJ was a pain in the ass lol.

If I recall the “Heck” level was pretty cheap too.

Racist. :P

I have to agree with this assessment. I enjoyed the 20 or so hours it took to finish the campaign, but ultimately the game left me wanting a lot more. I was shocked that Lincoln’s only outfit is his military jacket. So much missed opportunity for awesome 60's gangster fashions. And the map, while interesting felt

What kind of loser would waste their time in VR doing something that lame?

Is it really transphobic? There aren’t any rules that transgender people cant dress up. Just that biological males can’t wear female costumes.

So thread necromancy here, but as someone who has also seen a lot of Westerns (btw - your breakdown of the different eras of westerns was pretty spot on.) I have to respectfully disagree. RDR felt less like it was trying to be Western film, but more like a Western serial, or tv show.

And I’m just making it worse :p

That’s really unfortunate. Maybe its just that I’m used to my community. With that crowd I’ve never witnessed evangelical doms. That sounds super creepy.
