I spent years playing gta and gta II on PC. Got really used to driving with WASD. ;)

Pretty sure I’ve had my fill of GTA V for awhile. Replaying the campaign twice, and futzing around online was enough for me. Mods are always fun, but that PC benchmark just seems to really shine a light on the dated particle effects, and in that second video, it feels really immersion breaking with the low-detail…
Hahahaha yeah, don’t do that. Only crazy people, and those even crazier speedrunners do shit like that lol.
Yes, that’s exactly what I was getting at. That little sliver of health you otherwise wouldn’t have after you fell for that damn three hit combo, really can spell the difference between victory and defeat.
Is it just me, or did any other Souls veterans feel like all of the bosses in Bloodborne were pretty easy, compared to the first three games?
I’m not going to act like I beat all of them in one or two go’s. Hardly. Just that not a single Bloodborne boss got me hung up like the one’s in the older titles did. Even…
I think a lot of the bosses are easier for people who spent a little bit of time grinding before rushing in to fight. It really does help a ton to have just a little bit more stamina, health, str, etc.
I wrote a TAY article about that, that’s how much it hit my heartstrings.
Well said!
Just lose your armor and go light. That’s how I bested them. Saves you lots of stamina, and that is the real key to most boss fights. Do you have enough stamina to both pull off a few attacks, and roll away to recoup?
Also look for the Wood Grain ring (I may be mistaken), the one that allows you to Ninja Flip, instead…
I lol’d. I guess I’m old enough to get your reference. :P
I understand where you are coming from, but to a music nerd/DJ/producer calling one thing the other is pretty annoying lol. EDM is a bit of a catch all term, but in order for something to be dubstep, it requires the timing of dubstep beats, which are mostly based on old UK Garage music and much older Dub/Reggae. That…
Awesome!!! I try to replay VC once every few years, it just holds up that well.
Also upon replaying it you can really refine your tactics for each mission to get those sweet A ranks. And yeah I always have to watch every cutscene too. Oh, make sure to look for the hidden missions as well! There’s a few great ones that…
My buddy is absolutely cuckoo over the soundtrack for The Dig, and most of the other classic LucasArts Adventure games.
No, it wasn’t at all. If anything it sounded like generic EDM.
Fate of Atlantis was a masterclass in game design all across the board. One of the most enjoyable games I’ve ever played. And as a long time hardcore Indy fan, it really captures that whimsical 30’s Pulp Adventure spirit that is key to all of the best Indy media.
Another game that I love the way they did the narrative…
Or Noise, or Jungle, or Gabber, or...
That’s probably because Gawker and journalism don’t really have anything to do with one another. Gawker blogs are.... guess what? Blogs. They are not a reputable publication. Get over your judgmental self.
What dubstep??? LOL that was hardly Dubstep.
That’s kind of an asinine thing to say. This pose and photo are perfectly classy. I agree there wasn’t really any need to post a disclaimer about the lack of a more “natural” photo, but the one she chose is hardly trashy, or trying too hard to grab attention. It’s not like she’s dressed like a completely…
