Those games all have alternative ways to play them. And in none of them (save, carmageddon) is the user "rewarded" for killing innocents. This game seems to be all about walking around and murdering civilians in as many disgusting and varied ways as possible.

Poor Bubsy, he gets so much hate, but have any of you ever played the original game? It's actually quite fun, and very hard. Much harder than Sonic.

You don't kill a single unarmed civilian in Manhunt.

Pretty sure the player is discouraged from killing anyone in Payday. And you certainly don't get rewarded for killing civilians.

Actually I actively try to avoid killing NPC's in GTA games. It really breaks the immersion of a crime caper drama, when your avatar is basically a crazed lunatic. When I play I try to imagine myself as the character in game, and to reach his goals of being a big time crime lord, or whatever the fuck you do in GTA

That's exactly my problem with it. When I was a kid in the 80's School Shootings were something you'd read about happening down in the inner-city schools every so often. In the 90's Columbine was the only major shooting I can recall involving minors.

But just look at the past 10, hell even the past 5 years! We get a

No not even. Even Postal at least tried to give the player goals and missions. As dumb as they were. Postal II even made it pretty clear that they were taking the piss. Look at the Running With Scissors dev office mission for example. The devs have the player kill them in game lol.

I am pleased by this. I don't mind controversial content, or games. Hell I think Manhunt 1, was one of the most finely crafted TPS/Stealth games of all time. But this game doesn't seem to have any point, or goal other than to murder random people. Fuck that.

This game has no goals that we know of, other than to just go around mass murdering defenseless people.

"I love the Power Glove"

Then: Jackey spent a lot of time hyping his skills with the Power Glove, only to fall victim to Jimmy's stick skills at Video Armageddon. He didn't act much after 'The Wizard,' though an appearance on 'Law and Order' would prove to be grave foreshadowing.

That was funny, and well done for what they had to work with.

Fantastic lol

And then the NSA had a new team of hackers start the following weekend.

Yeah brother, that's basically the point of my reply above. :)

I wish people would start (this is not pointed at you or anyone here in particular), differentiating between the Fundamentalist Christian community, and the rest of the billions of Christians in the world, who aren't completely blind to other faiths, ideas, beliefs, etc.

It's always disheartening when I see

Hell yes!

That was my very first idea too.

You've apparently never had to face a ghost child.

Yeah exactly. You can't just release an awesome mOD and wait for the offers to roll in.
