When I was 20, I could easily pop out 100 pushups at a time. Unfortunately, I'm 32 now. I can currently do about 50 in one set. I'm going to try that 100 Pushups workout that Adam posted above, just to see if I can get back up there again.

ZR1. Fast, well-behaved, and (sort of) expensive. But it'll blend in with the rest of he Vette's out there so as not to draw too much attention to me.
