My job requires my overtime pay be put into a 453b and once it’s fully funded, they’ll pay me with a check added to my regular paycheck. I asked to receive my pay the way it’s been given to me before and was told I didn’t have a choice in the matter. Thoughts?

Was just at BMW yesterday looking at an M4. They were rude and arrogent so we left and went to Jaguar. They’re looking around for what we want today (white vert v6S), if not, will probably order one on Monday.
