how are you forced to? It's not like you have to have 10 friends before you're allowed to play your games. No friends? No friends list. And if you don't want to look at it, just don't.

It's like if there's a new Audi out, but they changed the glove box to something funky from what you used to like...so now the whole car's useless, instead of just not using the glove box to hold your manual.

That's fine if you don't like the xbox one but how does improving the friends list interface and adding features make it 'useless'?

If it was out on pc, people would have just ripped apart the game files and found all the ufo's and bigfoots and any other mysteries still in the game before anybody had a chance to realise there were any mysteries to find.
