Because the Wii U isn't selling well. And since a lot of people want this game they are hoping those diehard fans who don't own a Wii U may purchase one just for this game.
Eh, it was entertaining. We'll see about it's longevity though. To each his own.
Yet, I'm sure he had no problem murdering all of those people in COD and the previous Bioshock games - which, is also against his religious beliefs.
Never once in my 15 years of gaming did I pick up a game that I wanted to buy and then think to myself "Well, you know, this game DOES feature weapons that are available to me in real life. So, maybe I shouldn't buy this game." If I don't have a moral dilemma with take a virtual gun and eviscerating a very realistic…
Disagree - loved being nostalgic about one of my favorite games.
I think I was the only one who was disappointed with the lack of elevator squad banter in ME2. I used to run and get new squad mates just to see what other banter they would chat about. I think I'm also the only one who loved exploring in the Mako.
I'm glad I'm not the only person who felt this way. When I realize that there isn't going to be another Commander Shepard story and I won't be hanging out with any of my old battle companions I get sad - like I miss old friends. Friends I'll never see again.
Yeah, tech demos tend to do that. They're trying to show you the best possible graphics. Unfortunately, once you turn it in to an actual game you can't ever achieve what is seen in a tech demo due to thing having to be dynamic instead of scripted events.
very informative. Thanks for giving us an inside look.
hahahaha, this is great
Maxis is owned by EA. There's no ties to sever.
It's worse than D3. At least people could trickle in during launch week. SimCity is just not playable right now.
You must be new to the internet.
Remember that time there were a bunch of defective rechargeable batteries that were exploding?
Not sure if you know this - but during development of a video game they actually use dev kits on pcs. And, during tech demos it's not unheard of to use this dev kit on a pc with a real xbox controller. How does it feel to realize your ignorance of game development? This is called not chastising people for things…
This looks like a classic tale of needing to scale everything down due to the limiting power of the consoles.
They don't take out the empire in that one battle - The books continue the story where the empire still lives on under new leadership. And, they have to do another battle to take over coruscant. But, I doubt Disney will take the new movies in that direction =(
Just like movies, not every game is made for everyone. Sometimes the artist wants to make something over the top for a niche crowd. Or, just wants to make a game that appeals to the artist. Who has the right to say what can or cannot be made?
I wouldn't really say it's a spoiler per-say. Yes, you need to read this story to answer a question from an NPC but it doesn't spoiler the story of Ni No Kuni at all.
