It's frustrating that ASP disregarded season seven. How did season seven Logan get back under his father's thumb to the point that he's marrying the woman his father has picked out? Logan may have been a jerk at times but he grew a lot and he was trying to be a better person. I want to know what the hell happened to

Say what you will about Logan behing a douchebag. The man has always had a strong sense of duty. If he knew Rory was pregnant, he'd do whatever it took to marry her. Then his dad would try to pay her off to go away and/or "take care of it."

Lenny is more clever than that.

I do get the reluctance to take shitty jobs for a while. When I graduated college in 2010, my parents kept telling me I should waste my time doing X or Y entry level job and that they would gladly help me pay my rent until I could get a "real" job/start making money off writing (which was something I had almost no

For my sanity, I've decided that Logan and Odette are both on the same page about their marriage bring political and their relationship being open. I've always liked Jess, except for that part in thr middle where he treated Rory like crap, but I don't think he and Rorty if season 5 onwards would ever work.

She had a very stoner/skater outfit going on. I think she smokes weed a lot more often than she let on.

It was super unprofessional for Claudia to greet Lorelai. IIRC, Claudia also outed herself as Lorelai's therapist. Also not professional. Therapist/client is a relationship that works best with certain boundaries. Seeing your therapist in that kind of setting, and having her ask you to help her get a gig, would ruin

They're all pretty uncool.

But it's believable for Rory, because she hasn't grown or matured. And Logan appears to have lost a lot of his growth as well—he finally broke free of his father's grip in Season 7. I can't buy that Mature Jess is still into Rory.

Plus, memoirs from non-celebrities don't exactly sell gangbusters. If it got reviews, it could get her more credibility, but I don't see this project paying her bills (or is she using her trust fund for that? It's not clear).

Yes, it seemed like a perfect "for now" job for Rory. I don't know why she was sulking about it.

I like Season 5/6 Jess quite a bit, but it's obnoxious that after what appears to be nine years apart he feels qualified to give Rory advice on what to do with her life.

I don't think a $300 bottle of wine would impress a Gilmore. I doubt Logan was trying to impress Rory by dropping $300 on wine, not with the kind of money her grandparents have. Rich people know what impresses other rich people. It could just be he likes that particular varietal. But then I hate wine, so I really

I may be the only person who wants to defend Logan, but here goes nothing:

It was a very entertaining scene, but I don't see why Paris would fall apart at the site of her high school crush 10 years later. I doubt she's thought about him in the last 10 years. It was worth it for the meltdown, but I didn't buy it.

I think her women who are into sleeping with characters pitch was solid, actually. I don't know why a) Sandee jumped to labeling it as loser women and b) Rory didn't course correct to say, no it's about women who have a thing for sleeping with guys in costume. It seems like the perfect fluff story for an XOJane kind

40% of unplanned pregnancies end in abortion. I had an abortion and I honestly never think about it, except at my yearly ObGyn visit. I had an IUD, supposedly 99.9% effective and was with a partner of 5+ years who I eventually married. It was not "a hell of a thing to live with." I didn't want children and I still

See, I think most people believe they'd never consider abortion until they're actually faced with an unplanned pregnancy. About 40% of unplanned pregnancies end in abortion.

Not that you're bitter or anything.

When we first saw Paul, I was actually hoping Rory legitimately had a new boyfriend she loved. As much as I adore Logan, I think it's silly to expect a 32 year old woman to have to end up with one of the guys she dated at ages 15 through 23.
