There is heartland park, Kansas International Dragway, US-36, M0-Kan Dragway are all within a 4 hour drive of KC. There is a healthy (or unhealthy depending on how you view it) amount of street racing (just never get caught) in the KC area, you just have to know where to be and who to know.
