For me it was actually the reverse. When they went to $24/yr they moved mobile devices to the free tier which was the only reason I was paying for premium anyway, so I stopped paying. To be honest the price increase didn’t even bother me - it was worth it, I just didn’t need it. Didn’t even notice the $36 increase.

Actually I used LastPass for over a decade, entered pretty much everything into it passwords, notes, credit cards, etct - switching to Bitwarden was quick and easy. The only reason it took me longer than 10 minutes is because I decided to take the time to edit my password database to get rid of some old and unneeded

The only issue is the pricing. LastPass is only free to use on one device.”

A lot of what I watch is someone talking into a mic.  If I have other things to do be nice to listen to them while my phone is in my pocket.

I’d be annoyed this isn’t available for Android if I didn’t think it is going to be shut down or Youtube is going to be changed so it doesn’t work within 6 months.

Short answer is probably no. Yes, you can use Google Chat to send instant messages to an individual or a group - so in that manner yes it can replace SMS but the people you are sending to have to be using Google Chat. So if your looking for something that is as ubiquitous as SMS in that you can send a message to

This was the first year I’ve seen the advice that if you are in a emergency running out of power to change my voicemail. Ignoring the fact I’d have to figure out how to change my voicemail, my first thought was if I have enough power to call to change my voicemail - why the hell am I not calling someone for help.

The only answer is reheat, butter, salt, and pepper, and eat.

Wonder which CongressCritter slipped that one in and why.

Not only is this ageist and borderline offensive, I don’t even think is all that accurate.

They added that over a year ago.  I believe it is number 7 in this list.

Sometimes I just want information about that show/movie.  Sometimes I want to see the trailer.  Sometimes I want to change the episode.  Can still do this with it starting up but would rather have a landing page to select options from.

You do you.....I’ll do me.  Personally I have a lot of things I want to watch.  It is just a matter of figuring out what I want to watch at that time.  Every time I hit the random button it pulls up something I know I want to watch but never at the time I want to watch it.

The local IMAX (a real one) is about an hour away.  Driving an extra hour seems wasteful.

Personally, I just put my recipes in a “Cookbook” I have in OneNote.

I’ve never understood why people carry their wallet in their back pocket. Always seemed uncomfortable, difficult to access, and easier to pickpocket. What are you carrying in your front pockets you can’t put your wallet there?

You forgot WARRIOR.

If I’m reading this right it takes the installation of the mouse because when you do that it installs the drivers using SYSTEM privileges (but not requiring UAC elevation check) at which point it then automatically launches Synapse which inherits SYSTEM privileges.

My wife and I are moving to Germany and I have been wondering if it would be worth getting the Global Entry (although I am not sure we can before we move within the next month or three).   One thing I’m not clear on is does it help you when leaving the US or only when returning.

Don’t know, don’t care (well I have been following the medal count but otherwise don’t know, don’t care).  I feel no need to fake it.
