Seems like an unfair advantage, given that Chimera had three heads.
Was looking for the last of the V8 interceptors. Left happy!
I don’t think there were that many to start with...
This is image is fucking hilarious.
Such a ridiculous display of stupidity. Hate how much of motorsports is a popularity contest that these moments are fine or wrong depending on how much viewers like the drivers involved.
I hope so. I’m tired of seeing this garbage. Someone (else) is going to get killed eventually and this time it’ll be on live TV.
aren’t there fines/penalties/suspensions now for any driver walking/running toward cars on track?
My first thought, I haven’t heard much about that penalty in a while though.
So will Danica be penalized for getting out of her car and walking toward the racing surface? That’s been a point of emphasis for NASCAR since Tony Stewart hit that guy during the sprint car race.
Oh no, it’s totally legal, that’s why the can was covered in tape, the referees replaced the ball and there is an article on Deadspin.
I agree with everything except that. 911 could have just made a bad call in the heat of a battle, and he and the Corvette paid for it. The 911 is in the wrong, but ultimately, it was a racing incident. It happens.
It only looks that way from INSIDE the 911. From outside, the Corvette could not see the 911 for the R8, and it all happened way to fast to do anything about anyway.
The Porsche lost control. It started braking and slid straight instead of turning in. You can see the wiggle the started the slide on the video from the Porsche dash cam. I suspect the Porsche would have ended up in or close to the tires whether the Corvette was there or not.
BS!
it’s the opposite, Corvette was more on a proper racing line, porsche took an odd inside line to try and not fall behind and went WAYYYY past the braking zone in the wet, that’s 100% on the porsche, dude wouldn’t have made that turn even if the corvette wasn’t there, was way too hot.
A stray cat once attacked my daughter. I grabbed it off of her by the tail and swung it around until the cat actually detached from it. True story.
