The glen is a wonderful place to experience a race and even better to actually race. I was there for a NASA-NE event and since we had timing and scoring well covered I was drafted into pace car duties. It was interesting hustling a jag around with some pretty heavy hardware chasing. Make sure you stop into the Seneca

I think that’s a damn good option. Though with being a mechanic I’m a little tired of the fobs and would rather a standard metal key. That’s just me though. I have a fear of hitting the button to get data like the odometer or unlock the wheel and have the car start on the lift.

What’s the difference if it’s a MAGA hat (likely made in china) a rainbow sticker or any other sort of sign that you stand for something? The world is a very large place with many varying opinions. You can easily offend someone. The thing we need to work on is talking and debating. Opinions are like assholes, everyone

I’ve had fast cars and I’ve had slow cars. The fast cars are thrilling but you’re well past legal speeds far too quickly. Slower cars are way more fun on a daily basis. You don’t have to fly around corners either. You shouldn’t be driving 10/10ths ever on public roads.

Not everyone is concerned with 0-60 times. Yes, at the stoplights old muscle rules. Some are more concerned with the ability to turn.

Thank you for listing the best option first.

It's a driver's car. I've been in too many to count from bone stock to a prepped PTD racecar. Some had a armrest, some didn't but I never really noticed. I was far too busy enjoying driving the cars. To each their own but you are the first I've call that out as a "problem". As others stated, there are easy solutions

COBRA tried to do it with their buzz boar but it didn’t work out so well.

I’ll give you the resting bitch face but the aftermarket work/miles seem to be way less on that model.

As with a lot of the cars they were attached to.

I’m with you about the not round steering wheel thing. I like my wheels round. As far as thickness, I’m okay with a nice meaty wheel. I doubt it’s about fitting in a heating element. It’s likely that a big, soft meaty wheel transfers less NVH to the driver.

The first thing I thought of was my galaxy s3 did hdmi out through the mini USB port. Yes you needed a dongle but it’s not that different. With the pervasiveness of tech now people don’t read into the actual specs, make purchases then raise a stink when it doesn’t do what they want. It’s highly likely the information

You got punched at a punk show? You don’t say...

They don't call it a swap when the factory does it.

Incorrect. Mt friend’s dad owns a 03 forester and I know for sure he’s not getting high.

Long time subaru owner here. I’d have to disagree with your last sentence. It’s likely they are doing both.

I highly suggest it. They are a very interesting bunch and highly technical.

I was curious about that. Iirc the chicken tax has to do with small trucks and vans to protect US automakers that like big trucks. That’s why the subaru BRAT had the jump seats in the back and they still import ford transits with rear seats, only to strip them out and throw them away to avoid the tax.

Sadly, you are correct. Normally when an incident occurs their reaction is to ban anything and everything involved in a shotgun approach so they can say “here, we did something”. It doesn’t solve the problem and tends to create more in the end. Then they use the same tactic on the next issue they created in an effort

The crash in 55 had nothing to do with what happened in the pits. It had everything to do with the jags disc brakes, a poor choice and physics.
