I thought the came about those pallets. Firewood, maybe. Any load bearing, hell no.

You can stand on a aluminum can and it likely won’t crush. Tap the side with your foot and it crushes instantly. Same thing in that video. The structure was compromised and it all came down. Racks are quite strong, just don’t hit them with shit.

That’s just another reason for me to like Sheetz.

You know those insurance companies just pass along the loss to everyone else raising rates across the board, right? Then in order to offset the price hike the store raises their prices...

Don’t steal. The government hates the competition.

Pucker. At least the insides of your leathers might remain clean. Everything beyond this is luck.

It can also be said he’s against criminals. His status had nothing to do with race, it has to do with the fact he’s here illegally.

Yet you go straight to banning the ICE?

I am kinda with you with the leaf blower thing though.

So it’s now acceptable to throw junk into outer space because you have the resources to do so? No wonder aliens haven’t made contact and likely never will.

Our guy at worldpac is a long time subaru guy. He’s got one on order. He’s less of a tinkerer than we are so I can understand. I’m well aware what you can do with a used STi and some money and time. That’s why I have a EJ207 swapped 96 impreza L.

I understand. I’ve been working on them for 15 years and did a NA to EJ205 swap in a weekend back in 05 or so. While they’re not hard to work on you can easily get in above your head. We get countless cars at the shop that someone tried to do in their driveway and failed. Hell, That’s how I ended up there.

So $6k for the built block, Labor for the install is $2.5k estimate, then $3-4k for decent coils, add in the ST60 brake upgrade, cost to install it all, align it and tune it and you’re past $12k and without a warranty.

Trust me, I think it’s insane for $50k but that’s because I’d never have that kind of money to spend

My friend used to race one in NASA’s PT class and another had one as a daily. Stock the truck motor is damn near indestructible but slow as all hell. The chassis has the rigidity of a wet noodle. Even caged it was still far from rigid. Even with a good motor running high compression on c16 it was far from amazing.

Cutting power is pretty important seeing as every racecar I’ve seen has a master power switch. When you are dealing with high voltage it’s very helpful to not fry your saviors.

When your fanaticism blinds you to reality, that’s a problem. If you willfully destroy nature to promote your cause that happens to be nature you’re a hypocrite. Using the “We’ve allowed corporations to do much worse than this” defense makes you no better than the corporations.

My m8 works fine on 7.1. The s3 is slightly sluggish but perfectly usable.

If everyone you meet is an asshole it’s highly likely the problem isn’t them.

I want to argue but you’re pretty much dead on. GT is good in it’s own way. Comfortable, familiar and nostalgic. TG is fresher and I’ve always been a fan of the monkey. Canning the shouty ginger and putting Harris, Reed and Leblanc at the forefront was the best choice they ever made.

The Grand Tour is old Top Gear. It’s like a old, very comfortable pair of driving shoes. You know what you’re slipping into and yeah, they can be a little ratty at the edges but they’ve been with you for many adventures. New Top Gear are your brand new kicks. Not as broken in but offer a new, different experience that

I’ve been doing track events for 15+ years and have yet to move up to the pleasures of the RV experience. Sure I’ve relaxed in many friends haulers but we’re subaru racers on a shoestring budget. We have the advantage of also working most events we race so the sanctioning body normally puts up in hotels. That’s great

I’m thinking spoon just for the time it would take.
