The #1 mod you can do to any car is upgrade the loose nut behind the wheel. HPDEs are expensive but it’s the one mod that will improve anything you drive.

You can get R’s that will work on the street. It’s not the best idea but they’re not a light switch. Running out for lunch or fuel won’t make the car spin off into a ditch after you leave the racing surface.

While you’re not totally wrong you do take it to the extreme. I understand that may be your point. It’s not like you’re going to spin off the road and die if you run out between sessions for lunch or fuel.

An STi wing does add downforce. I was at Pocono and a friend was having aero problems. He thought removing the wing would help. It helped put it in the wall in turn 3.

Easy to reach storage place won’t work. The second he thinks you’re going to rabbit he’s going to try and stop you and the situation will get much worse. As others have said, transponders in EVs.

To me the price doesn’t matter in the least. It’s the quality of the build. I certainly don’t gawk or whatever but I will linger and admire. I spend a lot of time at the track seeing a lot of cars in the paddock I can’t come close to ever affording but there are always a few that will draw my eye.
