The very allusive writing of this article makes be thing the author may be a bit biased in favour of Japan. Japan did not reached agreements about everything, and there are still many problems between the two countries about the WW2. Koreans are still victims of racism in Japan.

I don’t know about your country, but in Europe there is a neo-nazi fashion trend going on and we are very concerned with the reappearance of various fascist symbols, if not ideas (look at Pegida in Germany or the Golden Dawn in Greece).
