"Here's how we should carve this turkey up." Cold hearted, but true.

It'd be an interesting fact if they'd discussed the current capacity of such batteries. My guess from their demonstration is that it's close to nill, and that they've instead broken the barrier of proving that the concept works (which is amazing!) Still, it seems that this technology is still some time off.
So it took Microsoft about 30 years to catch up to the MacOS which has been using a little Apple for a menu since its inception.
There's no such explanation that I saw, at least within the confines of the article, but that makes a whole lot more sense.
Very nice post - you really cover a lot of features and accentuate the positives. I enjoyed the read.
They both look pretty crappy slow to me
And I cannot edit my comments anymore?!
Agreed. The number of comments per article seems to reflect that we're not alone.
Thanks!
I don't get this, nor do I want to. This is making me take minutes of time instead of seconds to peruse the comments on an article, and if I make a comment I feel like I'm putting into an empty place in space rather than into a flowing thread of comments. I don't come to Gizmodo to be social and hang out - I come…
This commenting system is lacking the essentials, but here goes. Having not used a microwave in years, I find myself suddenly wanting one again. What I've always wondered about a microwave is what happens to all the dangerous radiation? Presumably it's not in your food, so where does it go?
At 17 weeks, the baby should have been about the size of a peach, not the tumour. This is really amazing medicine!
gorgeous is a very subjective word
While reading your comment, and even before you responded to my last one, I was reminded of my first college roommate, who I'll call Jeff. Jeff was also opposed to circumcision. I described it to him, and eventually I said something like, "You're circumcised too, you know." He said, "I am NOT circumcised." We went…
Can it handle mud? The bottoms of my shoes are not sandy - they are clean nearly all year long. Only during the winter season (or rainy season) could I imagine this being of use where I live, but not if it cannot handle muddy soles.
I'll second that!
It sounds like they're taking a cue from Dolphin, probably the best browser available for the iPad.
you're reminding me of why I hated my statistics call in college
We do this a lot. We also grind our own at home.
I personally believe that it is beneficial, even outside of Judaism. That said, many things are forced on infants - cold delivery rooms, with light, for example, or a crib without the touch of a mother all night long, not to mention chemically treated diapers. It's not reasonable to take the high ground and think,…
